Security Council Resolutions 15 assign responsibility for follow-up on Security Council resolutions on CAAC, including the implementation of the MRM, to the highest UN authority in-country, namely, SRSGs and RCs, as the heads of UN country presence in peacekeeping and non-peacekeeping situations, respectively.
